The Smithers system has many modules that you can use to accomplish your business needs. So we work on a consumption model for that purpose. You pay for the value we provide your organization on a monthly basis and can cancel at any time.
Per minute charges
As our bots are talking with your customers over the various interfaces, they are each consuming their own talk time minutes. You are only billed while your bot is actively holding conversations.
